The Neighborhood House Association (NHA) respects the right to privacy of users of our web site. NHA makes every reasonable effort to assure user confidentiality.

You can access our Web site pages and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. Only aggregate data, such as the number of hits per page, are collected. We will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data within a month, although we may require proof of your identity. We will provide the information without any charge.
We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified or amended or completed.
We reserve the right to refuse this service, but will give reasons for our refusal. We will furnish you with the procedure to appeal such a decision.
