On Saturday, May 21, 2022, California’s Black Infant Health (BIH) programs joined KJLH radio station, The City of Long Beach, and Fresno County BIH Program for the 22nd Annual Women’s Health Expo, which is Southern California’s largest health and wellness gathering serving women of color. This year’s theme was “Celebrating Life.” BIH staff from across the State gathered at the Long Beach Convention Center to host the Expo’s Black Infant Health Pavilion, where guests learned about all things BIH, received lots of great giveaways, played fun and informative games, won prizes, and celebrated our sisterhood as we truly celebrated life!
