Diane Little
Board Member
Diane Little is an Accounting and Finance Executive with over thirty years’ experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, and operations in a variety of industries, including global manufacturing, publishing, renewable energy, and healthcare staffing. Diane has a proven history of recommending detailed and actionable analytics and improvements, and demonstrated ability to influence key players, and to develop and mentor team members to new levels. She currently serves as Vice President of Accounting, Billing & Accounts Receivable for AMN Healthcare, a leader and innovator in total talent solutions for healthcare systems. In this role, Diane leads accounting operations with a team of over 250 accounting and finance professionals.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University and her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She has been a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) for 30 years and maintains an active CPA license in the state of California.
Diane Little is also a devoted wife and mother, and passionate community leader. Diane has served as an active member and was elected to several leadership roles with Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She recently served on the National Board as a Regional Director for the organization and now continues her service as an Associate and Life Member. She is an active leader in AMN Healthcare’s Power and Value in Equality Employee Resource Group which provides empowerment opportunities for women to network and develop professionally. Recognized for her heart for service, Diane has been awarded the San Diego County YWCA 2023 TWIN and Humanitarian awards, 2017 North County San Diego NAACP Distinguished Women, and 2017 Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Breakfast for MiLady Honoree awards. Diane attributes her success to the support of her husband William, and their three handsome sons and five beautiful granddaughters.
