Melinda Valencia
Board Member
Melinda Valencia has worked for HP, Inc. for 17 years and is currently the Manager of Industrial Printhead New Product Introduction and Manufacturing at HP’s San Diego site. Her HP career prior to management was in R&D (Research & Development) Engineering in Printing, Microfluidics, and MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems). Melinda serves on the leadership team of the HP Multicultural Impact Network, working to support diversity inside HP and in the community. Melinda has a passion for sharing with kids the fun and endless possibilities of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and
Mathematics). She has BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University. Melinda is married with two young boys who teach her so much about life and keep her on the run.
