Centerplate of the San Diego Convention Center made a generous donation to NHA’s Emergency Food Program this holiday season. 40 turkey dinners in addition to enough canned goods and water to feed over 25 families were hand delivered last Friday by Centerplate’s General Manager, Nancy Murgillo, who also sits on NHA’s Board of Directors, alongside of Executive Chef, Jeff Leidy. President and CEO, Rudolph A. Johnson, III, was there to receive the donations and distribute to families. It is through the support of caring community partners such as this that NHA is able to sustain it’s Emergency Food Program along with 11 other programs.
